Sarah Amero

Actor | Voice Artist | Writer

Infrequently asked questions

You’re a UK-based professional actor, voice artist, and writer. Who’s to blame?
Probably my parents. They didn’t do nearly enough to discourage me.
If you voice-act in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
I don't know. I tend not to record in forests because it attracts grizzlies. Instead, I record in a studio or at home using a Focusrite CM25 MkIII condenser microphone, Focusrite Scarlett Solo interface and Audacity.
You’re also a freelance writer with experience across digital marketing, copywriting, scriptwriting and comedy – and you’re now one of the editors of satirical autism news site The Daily Tism, where you are a regular contributor to both the website and its sketch shows. Would you say that being neurodivergent is particularly lucrative?
No.
