You’re a UK-based professional actor, voice artist and comedy writer-performer. Who’s to blame?Probably drama school. If not that, my additional training in voice acting and long-form comedy improv. Failing that, you can blame my parents for not doing nearly enough to discourage me.If you voice-act in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?I tend not to record in forests because it attracts grizzlies. Instead, I record at home in an acoustically treated space using a Focusrite CM25 MkIII condenser microphone, Focusrite Scarlett Solo interface and Audacity.What do you sound like?My voice has been described as clear, warm and intelligent with an undercurrent of playful Brit wit – but I also enjoy making myself sound entirely different.
